Against The Crooked Sky – New Equestrian Center Offers Boarding, Lessons, and Horsemanship Camp - photos to compliment my story in the Los Banos Enterprise

In Friday's Los Banos Enterprise on page A11 and A12 you will find an article I wrote about an exciting new addition to the things you can find to do in and around Los Banos. The article is all about a new business in town; "Against The Crooked Sky" a boarding stable that offers riding lessons and a kids camp. The article also talks about the people that run the stables and about an anonymous bennefactor who donated 4 scholarships to local youth for riding lessons at the camp.

The article starts out:

"While some people hate going to work every day, there are a fortunate few who actually truly love the job they do. Fewer still are those lucky enough to possess an outright PASSION for their vocation. When was the last time that you met anyone who willingly stayed at the job all night long to see something through for a customer? Not long ago Jody Torres did just that. "

Here are some additional photos to compliment the article and the two photos that were printed in the Enterprise on Friday.

Enjoy!

And away we go....

One of the students (and apparently the horse too!) listen to one of the instructors at "Against The Crooked Sky".

If everyone in Los Banos would just take 1 or 2 hours a month to do something to help their neighborhood or their community we could truly make Los Banos the gem of the valley.

The above is only my personal opinion and I strongly encourage readers to seek out more information from expert sources. Copyright 2009
