Range Safety seems quite apparent as the California Gunslingers allow the public to shoot it out during the 2007 Fourth Of July Celebrations.
Here you can see two members of the public participating in cowboy quickdraw using the pistols supplied by the Golden State Gunslingers. Note there are three observers. One range officer behind each participant and one at the timer desk.
