Councilman Michael Vilalta and Councilman Thomas Faria helped out with food service during the Italian Festival / Diner at the DES Hall in Los Banos in July of 2007. I also noted former councilman Dick Gerbi was there and helping out in the kitchen.
Los Banos is such a neat community. It is not every town that you will find members of the council helping out with such events. I truly hope that the Italian Festival continues to be held. This was the 74th year they had it and next year MAY be the last one.
That would be a shame. Let's keep the tradition alive!
