Los Banos is fortunate to have an arts council that brings educational and entertaining events to the citizens of our town. We were privileged to be able to attend the World Festival of Harps concert held in the Ted Falasco Arts Center. If you were able to make it, you know what a treat it was. I appreciate all of the effort the council goes to- to bring such events to our town. Usually small towns are sadly bereft of much in the way of culture and the arts, but our people care about these kinds of things and that's what brings so many wonderful concerts, plays and exhibits to life here in Los Banos.
