This was a nice, inexpensive model we had fun putting together. I found that we used tape for a lot of things (like the tipis) instead of glue. If models aren't your thing, you'll do just fine with a free printable tipi off the web instead of spending the $$.

Be advised that your help will most likely be needed for a few parts of this model, if you do purchase it and are using it with a typical 8 year old.
