July 3 - Westside Community Assistance Training Day - If you would like to help the homeless with the new program being set up in Los Banos you are being asked to attend this training day on July 3rd at 10 AM at 1231 Fourth Street.   • 4pm - Flag Raising by Girl Scouts, Councilman Tom Faria sings the National Anthem. Food, dry good and info booths open.
  • 4-6pm Shout Performing Arts.
  • 4:30 watermelon eating contest sign ups
  • 5pm Karaoke sign ups
  • 6-8pm JC Starstruck's Karaoke.
  • 8-9pm Local Singer Songwriter Terrry M Brown and Tom Faria's band who performed at Relay for Life will play until shortly before the fireworks display.

This is another of my favorite Mixers; they're gracious hosts, we meet new doctors and as always enjoy business networking. Please do join us - you'll be surprised at the number of people you know. Hors de ouvres and networking/mixing from 5:30-6:30; then all businesses are introduced (new members get a few minutes of fame) and business cards are drawn for raffle prizes. Los Banos Children's Healt and Safety Fair and Teddy bear ClinicJuly 26 - Children's Health And Safety Fair Teddy Bear Clinic from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the Los Banos Fairgrounds. There will be a teddy bear clinic, bicycle rodeo, fingerprinting, craft station, car seat safety check, bounce house, fire education, and more educational opportunities! 5k Tiger Run REGISTER HEREJuly 26 - Tigers Fun Run and Young Run - The Los Banos High School Cross Country Team is holding a fundraising run to bennefit the team on July 26, 2008. The run starts at 8AM with registration at 7AM. The first 500 pre-registered runners will receive a T-Shirt. There will be a 5k run and a 1 mile run.
